Our Consultancy services

Safeguarding (All Ages) – we support you in relation to all age safeguarding at governance and  strategic levels to ensure that your organisation has the systems and processes in place to meet its statutory requirements as outlined in key legislation. This also include the mental capacity and deprivation of safeguards systems and processes.
We also address any regulatory and contractual requirements to ensure that your are compliant. We undertake workforce development through robust skills analysis to identify gaps from governance to frontline to ensure that your staff have the relevant skills and competencies relating to safeguarding, mental capacity and deprivation of liberty safeguards. 

We also support you with reviewing and implementing specialist systems and processes where there is an interface with safeguarding, mental capacity and deprivation of liberty safeguards. This includes those that relate to complex patient safety, care of people with mental health disorders, learning disabilities and/or autism within acute general hospitals and the pathways required within the community. 

We provide your organisation with consultancy and support in relation to complex cases within health and social care. These include people with complex mental health disorders, dementia, learning disabilities and/or autism, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions, where there may be behaviors that challenge and pathway issues that may impact on care delivery. These are undertaken within the context of both a multi disciplinary and multi agency frameworks. This includes anything from undertaking care act assessments, mental capacity assessments and reviews to supporting with Court of Protection processes, such as completing COPDOL11 documentation.
