PMH delivers dementia training nationwide and already carries out significant work across the Midlands. Pat Hobson has spoken at conferences in Birmingham, and PMH's trainers travel to deliver training in person at your service, wherever you are in the region.
Care providers in the region already have access to dementia awareness training through local and regional schemes. PMH adds in-depth, practitioner-led training across all three tiers of the national Dementia Training Standards Framework, tailored to your service and delivered by people who have led dementia care in practice.

Dementia Training Standards Framework
The national Dementia Training Standards Framework sets out what health and social care staff should know about dementia at three tiers, and the CQC expects staff to have the training their roles require. PMH dementia training covers all three framework tiers, from dementia awareness for every member of staff to leadership for managers and dementia leads.
Framework Tier 1
Everyone working in health and social care, including staff who are not care workers, such as reception, housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance teams.
Framework Tier 2
Staff who work regularly and directly with people living with dementia, such as care workers, senior carers and nurses.
Framework Tier 3
Managers, team leaders, dementia leads and those responsible for implementing and evaluating dementia training in their organisation.
