The content on this website, including framework pages, articles, guides, downloads and course material, is provided for general professional information only. It does not constitute legal, clinical, regulatory, safeguarding or other professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice on a specific situation.

Formal advice is given only through a written consultancy engagement with PMH. Nothing on this site, and no exchange through an enquiry form or the adviser tool, creates a consultancy, professional or advisory relationship.

You remain responsible for all decisions taken in your own organisation, including any decision about the care, treatment, safety or safeguarding of an individual, and for meeting your own statutory, regulatory and professional obligations.

This website must not be used to submit information about identifiable service users, patients, families, staff members or individuals involved in safeguarding or complex case matters. Do not include such information in an enquiry form, a reflective note, a message to the adviser tool, or any other field on this site.

Case-specific information is exchanged only through secure channels agreed in writing once an engagement is in place. If you submit information of this kind through the site, you do so contrary to these terms and PMH accepts no responsibility for having received it. We may delete it.

Some pages offer an AI assisted feature, such as the consultancy adviser. Responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not reviewed by a practitioner before you see them, and are not advice. They are intended only to help you understand our services and decide whether to request a consultation.

Do not rely on an automated response for any professional, regulatory or care decision, and do not enter personal or case-specific information into it.

Parts of this site are private and require an account. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate details, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Accounts are personal to the named individual. You must not share your credentials, allow another person to use your account, or use an account created for someone else. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

We may suspend or remove an account, or withdraw access to any course or resource, where these terms have been breached, where access was obtained improperly, or where required for the security of the platform.

Where an employer, university, college or other organisation holds an account with PMH, access codes are issued for use by its own learners only, within the seat limit and access period agreed in writing.

Codes must not be published, forwarded outside the organisation, resold or used to give access to anyone outside the agreed group. An organisation lead who issues codes or manages a learner roster is responsible for ensuring the people they add are entitled to access, and for having a lawful basis for sharing their names and work email addresses with us.

We may deactivate a code, or suspend an organisation account, where codes are misused or where seat limits are exceeded.

Access to a course does not transfer ownership of the material. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own professional learning for the duration of your access.

Where a certificate is issued, it records that you completed the modules within our platform on the basis of your own self-recorded progress. It is not a regulated qualification, and it does not certify competence, registration or fitness to practise. You are responsible for deciding how any learning is recorded in your own professional development portfolio and for meeting your professional body's requirements.

No payment is taken through this website. Submitting an enquiry, joining a waiting list or expressing interest in a course or membership does not create a contract and does not guarantee access or a place.

Course, membership and consultancy engagements are arranged separately with the PMH team and are governed by the terms of the written agreement, proposal or invoice for that engagement. Where those terms differ from these, the terms of that agreement take precedence for the engagement itself.

All content on this site, including the PMH frameworks and their names, page text, images, diagrams, publications, downloads, course material, module transcripts and the design of the site, is owned by PMH Consultancy and Education Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights.

You may:

• view and print pages for your own professional reference; and
• use downloads and course material internally for the purpose for which they were provided to you.

You must not, without our written permission:

• copy, adapt, republish or distribute our material, in whole or in part, outside your organisation;
• use our frameworks, models or course material to deliver training or consultancy to others, whether or not for payment;
• remove or alter any attribution, trade mark or copyright notice; or
• record, download, screen-capture or otherwise reproduce course videos, transcripts or resources for redistribution.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose, or in breach of anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, account or data you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site, or use it to train any machine learning model; or
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your association with one.

We may restrict or withdraw access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

We aim to keep the site and learner portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault in a service we depend on, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any course or resource, without notice.

This site links to third-party websites, publications and services that we do not control. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for:

• any decision or action taken, or not taken, in reliance on content on this site or on an automated response;
• loss of profit, income, contracts, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings or data; or
• any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

Where the site is used in the course of a business or public body, we exclude all liability arising from your use of this site, its content or any course material, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability arising under a consultancy, course or membership agreement is governed by that agreement rather than by this section.

This site is provided for professional users. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and all warranties implied by law are excluded so far as the law allows.

If you use the site in the course of a business or public body, you agree to indemnify PMH against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms, in particular the unauthorised sharing of accounts or access codes, the misuse of our material, or the submission of personal or case-specific information through the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this site, including learner accounts and organisation rosters. Please read it alongside these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies to your use of the site, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
